Our company is looking for a Telemarketing Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • A highly-motivated self-starter able to identify and develop business prospects from our list and/or discovery and individual research;
  • A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers, gather and verify information is essential;
  • Responsible for prospecting, pre-qualifying, and generating new leads to suffice the campaign requirement of our clients;
  • In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this role requires a go-getter with a positive attitude who is excited to work;
  • Generating interest by promoting contents and services in behalf of our clients;
  • Overcome any objections against products and services we introduce and identify customer needs;
  • Telemarketers are expected to: Describe products and services to customers by responding to questions and obtaining information;
  • Completing all information needed in documentation to avoid returns from QAs;
  • Following up on leads identified by QAs as incomplete immediately;
  • Responsible for generating interest by promoting contents and services in behalf of our clients;
  • Contribute in ensuring high-quality leads submitted for assigned campaign by: Pre-qualifying own lead to avoid lead rejections from QAs.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills a must;
  • Experience working with multiple products and services;
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure;
  • Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree or at least 2 years in College;
  • Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience;
  • Confident and polished hone prospecting skills required;
  • Outstanding skill in the use of Word, Excel, and various email programs;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Outbound Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or in related field.
