Our company is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions;
  • Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team;
  • Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy;
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team;
  • Preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing;
  • Contributing to the development of new market opportunities in the designated territory supporting other sales professionals;
  • Selling products and systems to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability target for all Local PGs or Local BUs;
  • Preparing sales plans using company tool. Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls;
  • Driving sales volume and margin across the energy industries portfolio;
  • Driving sales volume and margin across the Power Grids portfolio in Philippines.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with data, analyze promotions, and work on range reviews;
  • Specialization: Sales Support;
  • Persuasion and Negotiation;
  • Valid Code 08 Drivers License;
  • Computer literate, familiar with ins and outs of Metro Manila; “a street smart”;
  • Account Management;
  • Business Correspondence;
  • With at least 3 years working experience in the construction industry;
  • At least 3 years sales experience – track record to be supplied;
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
  • Should evidence their knowledge and passion of cars during interview;
  • Graduate of any four-year course;
  • Communication skills;
  • Should have at least minimum exposure in selling activities;
  • Proven experience in sales or relevant role.
