Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts (Zoho)

- Perform, record and reconcile all accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions

- Manage expense claims and reimbursements

- Monthly closing of accounts and reconciliations

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Provide variance analysis and commentary for management

- Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts

- Support financial planning and decision-making with timely insights

Taxation & Compliance:

- Support in compliance with KSA ZATCA, US tax filings

- Liaise with external tax advisors / auditors as required

Payroll & Benefits:

- Process payroll accurately

- Maintain employee records for accounting and audit purposes

Finance & Reporting:

- Support external audits (financial, compliance)

- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance processes

- Develop and continuously improve finance SOPs and internal controls

- Support ad hoc reporting and special projects

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience (ideally in startups, agencies, or remote setups

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

- Strong communication skills in English

- Arabic language bonus.
