Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment according to standard operating procedures.

Perform quality checks and ensure products meet company and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Document production and quality data accurately and in a timely manner.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes.
Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required technical/vocational training preferred or above.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably in pharmaceutical production.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.
Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting pharmaceutical production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
Physical ability to stand lift and move objects up to 50lbs.
