Retail Sales Executive HVAC-R

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our HVAC-R team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers at our retail outlet, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable HVAC-R products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers at the retail outlet in a professional manner.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC-R products.

* Explain product features, specifications, applications, and pricing to customers.

* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

* Prepare quotations and process sales orders when required.

* Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and inquiries.

* Maintain proper product displays and ensure the outlet is well organized.

* Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments regarding product availability and customer orders.

* Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team about fast-moving or required products.

* Maintain accurate sales records and submit required sales reports.

* Stay updated about HVAC-R products, market trends, and competitors.

* Ensure excellent customer service and contribute to overall outlet performance.

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the HVAC-R, AC, refrigeration, or building-materials industry.

* Good knowledge of HVAC-R products and accessories will be an advantage.

* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

* Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.

* Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

* Good negotiation and selling skills.

* Good command of English and Urdu; Arabic will be an advantage.

* Basic computer and MS Office skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience selling AC units, refrigeration equipment, HVAC spare parts, compressors, copper pipes, fittings, controls, or related HVAC-R products will be preferred.
