As a Senior Offshore Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing offshore operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive offshore activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise offshore production operations, including well drilling, production testing, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all offshore activities.
Optimize production processes and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute offshore operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical support and guidance to offshore personnel, ensuring proper training and adherence to operational procedures.
Monitor and manage equipment performance, troubleshooting any issues and coordinating maintenance activities as required.
Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure safe and environmentally sustainable offshore operations.
Stay updated with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices in offshore operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas operations, including field experience.
In-depth knowledge of offshore production operations and equipment, including well drilling, well completions, and production optimization.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards for offshore operations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze production data and optimize operational performance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and supervise offshore personnel.
Experience with offshore production software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to travel to offshore locations and work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
