Job description:

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of the crusher’s operation and ensuring efficient workflow
- Organizing and following up production operations and achieving the required quantities according to the plan
- Monitoring the quality of the produced materials (sand, sand, mixture) according to approved specifications
- Supervising the operation and maintenance of crusher equipment in coordination with the maintenance department
- Follow up on workers’ compliance with occupational safety and health procedures
- Manage labor, distribute tasks, and follow up on discipline
- Monitoring raw material and finished product inventory
- Coordination with transportation and sales departments to secure project needs
- Report malfunctions and operational problems and take necessary actions
- Preparing daily reports for production and breakdowns
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and government instructions
