An exciting opportunity is available for Sr Supervisor, Hail Warehouse & Store, based in Hael.

About the role:

Organises and oversees the day-to-day operations of a team in a substantial warehousing or stores facility, or the full scope of operations in a smaller facility.

Ensures that Supply Chain Policies and Procedures and QSHE Standards are observed at all times. Recruits, trains and performance manages team members.

You will be responsible for:

Monitors and identifies causes of product or materials losses and takes or recommends appropriate corrective actions.
Overseestheefficient receipt, issueand correct storage of raw materials, MROand/orfinished goods.
Ensures the organisations policies for safe and efficient warehouse/stores operations are implemented andobserved at all times.
Identifies discrepancies against manifests and arranges for invoice adjustments or replacements for missing or damaged items.
Oversees operation of procedures for thecorrectuse and maintenance of materials handling equipment andrelated staff training.
Organises selection, preparationloading, despatchof productsto external customers/goodsand materialsto internal customers.
Optimises cost performancethroughefficient use of storagespace andeffective location and protection of stored materials.
Monitorsinventories and effectivelyimplements processes for maintenance of required stocking levels.

bachelor’s or Diploma degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.

5 years in warehouse or store operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

leadership and team management.
Inventory control & reporting.
SAP.
Safety and compliance awareness.
Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
