Job Responsibilities

Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof concept demonstrations

Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements

Mapping core product features with the needs of the customer and ensuring the customizations or workshops are understood

Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI s & RFP s

Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process

Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements

Should be aware of the new trends in the industry and adapting and solutioning those needs with the

Desired Skills and Experience

12+ years of experience in a Lending setup with working knowledge of the lending ecosystem

Work experience in either implementation or PreSales teams for product / platform-based organizations

In-depth process knowledge of one or more customer acquisition processes in BFSI domain

Proven experience in customer-facing

Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and competing ;

Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams, such as Business teams, operations , implementations teams to have the required prioritization accorded

Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams
