Job description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing production processes from the raw materials processing stage until the final product
- Operating and monitoring drying, grinding and packaging equipment and ensuring their operational efficiency
- Controlling quality standards during production and inspecting finished products
- Analyze production problems and suggest solutions to improve performance and reduce costs
- Supervising the work team within the production line and distributing tasks
- Follow up on the inventory of raw materials and auxiliary materials
- Applying occupational safety procedures within the work environment
- Cooperation with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and purchasing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in agricultural, industrial, food engineering or related discipline
Previous experience in the agricultural field or dealing with medicinal/aromatic plants
Experience in production lines that manufacture powder from medicinal plant leaves
Practical knowledge of vegetable powder production lines
The ability to improve production processes (Process Optimization)
Experience in drying, grinding and processing processes
Knowledge of the basics of quality and safety systems
Proficiency in the use of reporting and production software (such as Excel or ERP systems)
Ability to lead and work within a team
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
