This role will ensure that each property maximizes exposure through:

• Support all destination-driven events
Given the growing competitiveness of the destination and the importance of experiential
marketing in driving brand awareness, the Cluster Activations & Advocacy Assistant
Director will play a key role in translating marketing strategies into high-impact local initiatives
that generate visibility, footfall, and revenue opportunities across our four Marriott Luxury, The
Red Sea and AMAALA resorts.
This position will act as the execution lead for cluster influencer engagement, brand activations
and on-property and destination events/entertainment efforts, ensuring alignment with brand
standards while amplifying each hotel's unique positioning within the destination.

Reporting and working clsoely with the Cluster Director of Marketing for The Red Sea and
AMAALA resorts, they will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activations, PR
initiatives, partnerships, and on-property events across the cluster’s four hotels. The role focuses
on strengthening brand visibility, supporting revenue-driving initiatives, and enhancing guest
engagement through strategic collaborations, media relations, and experiential marketing
activities.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Advocacy

• Develop and execute the annual advocacy strategy across all properties.
• Build long-term relationships with luxury opinion leaders, tastemakers, creators and
cultural ambassadors.
• Create advocacy programs that transform guests into brand ambassadors.
• Identify emerging luxury trends and partnership opportunities.
• Develop advocacy KPIs including:
• Share of Voice
• Earned Media Value
• Influencer ROI
• Brand Sentiment
• Organic Reach
• Advocacy Conversion

Influencer Marketing

Lead the end-to-end influencer program
Responsibilities include:
• Annual influencer roadmap
• Manage our influencer marketing agency
• Creator videntification or validation
• Brief development
• Deliverables tracking
• Long-term ambassador relationships
Manage relationships with:
• Luxury creators
• Travel creators
• Wellness experts
• Culinary talent
• Fashion personalities
• Design leaders
• Marine conservation advocates
• Family travel creators

Marketing Activations
• Plan and execute marketing activations that enhance brand visibility and guest
engagement across the cluster hotels
• Support the activation of seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional activities
through brand collaborations and influencer marketing
• Coordinate cross-property marketing initiatives that drive footfall and local awareness.
• Develop creative concepts for experiential marketing activities aligned with each hotel's
positioning
Influencer and Content Creator Management
• Lead on our advocacy strategy and planning, cooridnating with the influencer agency all
influencer visits and content creator activities
• Monitor influencer marketing ROI and reporting

Partnerships & Collaborations
• In collabroation with our PR agencies, identify and develop partnership strategy for each
resort with luxury brands, lifestyle partners, destination stakeholders
• Support our partnerships, sponsorships and cross-promotional campaigns
Events & Experiential Marketing
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing-led events including:
• Brand activations
• Product launches
• Cultural or seasonal events
• Work closely with F&B and operations teams to activate brand collabroation experiences
that attract local audiences.
• Build relationships with local organizations, cultural entities, and community partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with:

Track ROI and optimize spend.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track performance of activations, events, and partnerships
• Provide post-event and campaign reports with insights and recommendations
• Monitor ROI, media coverage, and engagement metrics.
Agency Management

Lead and coordinate external partners including:
• Influencer agency
• Production houses
• Creative studios
• Talent agencies

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, PR, events, or brand activations
• Experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or destination marketing preferred
• Strong network within media, influencers, and lifestyle partners is an advantage
• Proven experience in event planning and marketing activations
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
