Job Description

Reports trade field activities performance and the proper accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail prices trends
Collects data and communicates internally specific field relevant data as Point of Sales (POS) trends and competitors features on e.g. Prices, promotions, display
Monitors performance through Perfect Store Audits
Sets and monitors Point Of Sales Quality KPI targets with special focus to: promotions and action plans secondary placements
Ferrero Fridge Project Planogram Implementation
Sets and monitors Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to: freshness control stock management
Competition price reporting (in Perfect Store Only) COMMUNICATION AND POS COORDINATION
Builds and maintains constructive relationship with customer counterparts in the field
Communicates all activities agreed on head office level to stores to achieve implementation and compliance
Reports and communicates store activity evolution to Head of Field and Regional Manager SALES TARGETACHIEVEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Ensures the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory
Follows the set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales (POS)
Provides required service level in the assigned Point of Sales (POS)
Implements Ferrero Building Blocks in the managed Area (Distribution, Visibility, Freshness, Stock Levels, etc.)
Takes orders in appropriate quantity and assortment necessary for targeted visibility and ensures stock by SKU in the Point of Sales engage client with improvement proposal
Ensure FIFO principle in the Point of Sales (POS) to match freshness requirements
Ensures FIFO principle in the Point of Sales (POS) to match freshness

Requirements

General secondary or degree Bachelors
Availability of a driving license
Professional driving experience

Sales Representative
