About the Job

An opportunity has arisen forFinance Executive (Credit)for Finance Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Manage relations with collection agencies.
Manage relations with credit reporting agencies.
Manage all account queries and disputes. Responsible for Ageing of Debtors and maintaining the same under control.
Review the Guest Ledger High Balance report daily and reporting discrepancies
Administer credit processes and policies for other departments in the hotel
Monitor credit limits of all outstanding accounts

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or supervisory experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with PMS like Opera, Room master, Protel, Visual One, Delphi, Sun Finance, Oracle Finance, SAP etc
Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essential
Preferred to be experienced in luxury hospitality.
Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
