Job Overview
We are representing a leading organisation in the Food & Beverage sector, seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager ( F&B ) to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the F&B industry, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, for all levels of the F&B business.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Nurture a positive working environment by managing employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law.
Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes for staff development, particularly in areas of customer service, food safety, and operational excellence.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive.
Demonstrable experience within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry is essential.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
