Extrusion Operators to PVC Pipes Region: Jeddah Position: Extrusion Operator Industry: PVC Pipes Manufacturing Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia Job Summary: We are seeking skilled Extrusion Operators to operate and monitor PVC pipe extrusion lines. The ideal candidates will ensure efficient production, consistent quality, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor PVC extrusion machines to produce pipes as per specifications. Set up extrusion lines, calibrate tools, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance. Monitor product dimensions, wall thickness, and surface quality. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections during production runs. Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning. Record production data (machine settings, output, downtime, etc.). Follow safety and housekeeping standards in the production area. Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for troubleshooting. Requirements: Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Production. Minimum 2to5 years of experience in PVC pipe extrusion. Familiar with extrusion machines (e.g., KraussMaffei, Cincinnati, or similar). Understanding of production parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.). Knowledge of ISO / quality control standards is an advantage. Willing to work in shifts. (OR) Share references
