Operations Manager

Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the organization, ensuring seamless execution of projects and daily functions. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and direct supervision to teams, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. By developing operational plans, monitoring performance through KPIs, and fostering a collaborative work environment, the individual will play a pivotal role in achieving both short-term operational goals and long-term strategic objectives. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong technical and administrative expertise, committed to maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative and technical supervision of all operational staff.
  
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, task allocation, and performance evaluations.
  
• Cultivate a positive, productive work environment and identify opportunities for team development and training.
  
• Develop, implement, and manage operational plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure efficient and integrated operations.
  
• Prepare comprehensive operational and financial reports; manage operational risks and compliance.
  
• Lead the development and execution of contingency plans and ensure adherence to quality and occupational safety standards.
  
• Chair operational meetings and resolve urgent technical and administrative challenges promptly.
  
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate performance reports, analyze outcomes, and implement corrective and improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Saudi National.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 5–7 years of experience in Operations Management or Site Management.
  
• Minimum 3 years of proven supervisory or managerial experience.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Primavera.
  
• Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
