Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant s high standards
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience
- Oversee the seating process ensuring smooth table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication

- Proven experience as Receptionist in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
