Get to Know our Team:

The SAM team at Agoda specializes in account management for accommodation partners. We act as consultants, helping partners succeed on our platform. With presence in 50+ locations worldwide, we build long-term relationships that create value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers.

The Opportunity:

You will be based in Jeddah and serve as the main point of contact for key accommodation partners across Saudi Arabia. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for growing existing partner relationships, identifying new supply opportunities, and ensuring Agoda remains the platform of choice in the market.

You will work with hotels and properties, understanding their business needs and helping them improve their performance on Agoda. Day to day, this means regular partner visits, data-driven conversations, and working with internal teams to deliver results on the ground.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accommodation partners across Saudi Arabia, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor on all things Agoda
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with partners to review performance, share insights, and agree on actions that drive mutual growth
• Analyze partner and market data to spot trends, identify gaps in supply, and put forward practical solutions tailored to each partner's situation
• Work with partners to improve their visibility and competitiveness on the Agoda platform, including pricing strategy, content quality, and promotional participation
• Onboard new accommodation partners in the region, ensuring a smooth start and strong early performance on the platform
• Train partners on Agoda's tools, products, and programs so they can get the most out of the platform independently
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and pricing to design and execute campaigns that deliver results for partners and Agoda
• Monitor your portfolio's performance against KPIs and growth targets, flagging risks early and adjusting plans accordingly
• Prepare and present regular performance reports for the Area Manager and senior stakeholders
• Stay informed on the Saudi hospitality market, competitor activity, and travel trends to keep Agoda's strategy relevant and ahead of the curve

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a client-facing commercial role
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of clients or partners
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at decision-maker level
• Solid analytical skills, with experience using data to identify opportunities and make recommendations
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities at the same time
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a market-facing role
• Experience in e-commerce, online travel, or digital platforms is preferred
• Fluent in both English and Arabic

Nice to Have:

• MBA or Master's degree
• Background in the travel or hospitality industry
