Tamheer Elite Program: Member Experience & Analytics
BUPA Arabia
Bupa Arabia in Jeddah is seeking a dedicated professional to manage members’ experience across end-to-end healthcare services, ensuring timely delivery at every touchpoint.
You will coordinate Tebtom and core services, serve as the main point of contact for information on pre-authorization, reimbursements, and hospital services, and work with cross-functional teams to tailor care for the targeted population. This role emphasizes KPI reporting, PCC dashboards, and continuous improvement.
