Tamheer - Specialist-Human Resources

We are excited to welcome a dedicated and organized professional to our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our learning and development initiatives, ensuring effective training coordination, and providing valuable insights through comprehensive reporting. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our employees, ultimately contributing to the achievement of our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis, identifying skill gaps and development areas.
- Coordinate and manage training programs, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
- Maintain accurate training records and update the LMS, guaranteeing data integrity.
- Prepare insightful training reports and dashboards, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding and development programs, fostering a positive and inclusive employee experience.
- Support leadership and talent development initiatives, identifying and nurturing high-potential talent.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and training, continuously improving our processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a passion for HR and training.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR or training capacity, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills, able to interpret data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and LMS systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, approaching challenges with creativity and innovation.
- A genuine passion for learning and development, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our employees.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, valuing teamwork and contributing to a supportive work environment.
