Business Relationship Officer Region: Jeddah (Jeddah) Business Relationship Officer Brand and Dealer Alliances — Supporting Authorized After-Sales Service Partnerships for Electronics and Home Appliances Job Summary The Business Relationship Officer supports the development of alliances and formal service-partnership agreements with main dealers, retailers and brand owners of electronics and home-appliance products in the local market. Working under the guidance of the Business Relationship Manager, Director of Business Development, the role helps FSS become the authorized, reliable and professional after-sales service partner for the brand's buyers — domestic households and corporate clients alike — who need assistance with installation, repair or routine preventive maintenance. The role supports the full partnership lifecycle: identifying prospects, assisting with concept presentations, helping showcase FSS's expertise and resourcefulness, supporting negotiations, coordinating MOUs and agreements, and carrying out market and competitor research to inform FSS's service model, pricing and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Partner identification and outreach Identify and map main dealers, retailers, distributors and brand owners of electronics and appliances active in the local market. Reach out to relevant contacts after-sales, customer-service, operations or business development staff to open partnership discussions, escalating to the Business Relationship Manager as needed. Concept presentation and positioning Present the FSS alliance concept to prospects: how FSS becomes the brand's authorized service partner for the buyers who purchase their products. Communicate FSS's expertise, technician coverage, resourcefulness and service quality to build partner confidence. Negotiation and agreement support Support discussions on scope, territory, service levels, pricing and exclusivity terms with prospective partners, under the guidance of the Business Relationship Manager. Assist in drafting and coordinating MOUs and formal service-partnership agreements through to signature. Market and competitor research Research competing service providers their partnership models, coverage, pricing and customer experience. Compile findings into clear briefs that support FSS's pricing, service-model and marketing decisions. Service model, pricing and marketing strategy support Assist Operations in shaping service delivery models (installation, repair, preventive maintenance) suited to each partner's products and customers. Help develop pricing structures per-visit, contract-based or tiered informed by competitor benchmarking. Contribute to marketing and co-branding plans that introduce FSS as the trusted service partner to the brand's buyer base. Relationship management Help maintain and grow signed partnerships through regular engagement, follow-ups and issue resolution. Act as a day-to-day contact point between the partner organization and FSS's operations team, escalating issues as required. Pipeline and reporting Maintain a CRM/pipeline log of prospects, meetings, proposals and signed agreements. Report on partnership pipeline, signed MOUs, and referral volumes to the Business Relationship Manager. Special tasks Perform any other instructions and special tasks assigned by management from time to time. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer relations. Experience in electronics, home appliances, home services, or facility services is an advantage. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel within the Kingdom. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both B2B and consumer-focused businesses.
