Events & Catering Specialist — On-Site & Client-Focused
IHG
IHG is seeking a proactive Catering & Events Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to manage catering functions from inquiry to execution. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and memorable events.
You will coordinate with Sales, Banquets, Kitchen, and operations, prepare event orders, and ensure guest requirements are met while maintaining accurate records and supporting revenue opportunities through upselling where appropriate.
