Join Marsh Advisory as a Resilience Manager - Vice President. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resilience Manager - Vice President to join our Risk Advisory team in Riyadh. In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise‑wide business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks. Your expertise will enhance organizational resilience, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices while driving innovation across the IMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM), crisis management, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies aligned with industry standards such as ISO 22301 and ISO 22310.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and vulnerability assessments to identify critical business functions and dependencies.
• Develop, review, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders.
• Oversee simulation exercises, tabletop drills, and testing protocols to evaluate plan effectiveness and operational readiness.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating emerging technologies, automation, and data analytics into resilience strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving threat landscapes to proactively adapt and enhance resilience frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer are highly preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in business continuity, enterprise risk management, or resilience consulting, with a strong focus on the IMEA region.
• In‑depth understanding of information security, cybersecurity, and technology risk considerations within resilience planning.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining complex BCM and DR frameworks within multinational or regulated environments.
