The Role

In this position, you won't just be documenting requirements; you will be the architect of knowledge. You will analyze target applications to identify workflows that fuel AI learning, ensuring that application validation is both rigorous and intelligent.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Enablement: Analyze workflows and scenarios to provide high-quality manual learning input for AI-driven test generation.
• Knowledge Structuring: Create advanced templates and frameworks that translate deep application knowledge into structured data for AI consumption.
• Process Modeling: Utilize BPMN to model complex business processes and identify key scenarios for validation.
• Validation Frameworks: Develop robust criteria to evaluate and accept tested assets, ensuring they meet strategic business goals.
• Complexity Assessment: Establish frameworks to assess business logic complexity, helping prioritize AI generation efforts.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the vital link between business users, technical teams, and AI specialists.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and possess a "systems-thinking" mindset.

Technical Essentials:

• Proven BA Experience: A strong track record in requirements elicitation, use case documentation, and technical requirement translation.
• Process Expertise: Mastery of BPMN and process modeling is essential.
• AI & Knowledge Management: Familiarity with knowledge structuring for AI/Human collaboration or machine learning projects.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in Arabic is required to facilitate communication and documentation with key regional stakeholders.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or Information Systems is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• The ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems.
