Technical Support Specialist - Shift Inc (Jeddah)

Objectif de la mission
Recherche d'un spécialiste technique en soutien pour soutenir et entretenir nos systèmes informatiques et infrastructures télématiques, collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de Gestion de Flotte, Opérations et Centre de Contact.
Missions principales
- Fournir du soutien technique avancé aux utilisateurs internes (ordinateurs portables, imprimantes, appareils mobiles, etc.).
- Résoudre les problèmes de matériel, logiciel et réseau.
- Gérer les actifs informatiques et fournir un soutien à la mise en place.
- Administration de réseaux et systèmes.
- Participer aux rotations d'urgence en dehors des heures et escalader les problèmes non résolus.
Profil recherché
- Compétences en matière de soutien technique informatique avancé.
- Passionné par la technologie, proactif dans la résolution de problèmes et souhaitant faire une réelle différence.
