About ARK47 Studio
ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.
What you will do
- Run online and in-person demos of ARK47 Studio for business owners who ask about it, and start a first version of their system with them during the demo.
- Follow up people who installed the app and help them finish their first system, so they can decide whether to buy credits.
- Sell credit packages, and keep your pipeline and notes up to date.
- Answer customer questions that come through the App Store and Google Play reviews and our support channels, and pass product issues to the product team.
- Look after your accounts after the sale: check in during their first month, help them add new systems, and handle repeat purchases.
- Report weekly: demos, trials, deals, repeat purchases.
What we need
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- 2+ years in B2B sales, account management or customer success, ideally for software.
- Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Comfortable demonstrating apps on a phone and a laptop, and explaining them simply.
- Organised follow-up: you keep every lead and account up to date.
Pay and terms
- Total monthly salary SAR 15,000–19,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
- Commission under a written commission plan provided with the offer.
- Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
- Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

- A 30-minute video call, in which we show you ARK47 Studio.
- For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute demo role-play using ARK47 Studio on our test account (no personal account needed).
- Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
