Bids and Tender Senior Specialist, EP MEA | Johnson & Johnson MedTech | KSA

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Bids and Tender Senior Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of electrophysiology tenders across the Middle East and Africa region. The role coordinates submissions, ensures compliance, and collaborates across sales, supply chain, finance, and legal to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tender lifecycle stages including sourcing, quotation, submission, award, and post-award activities across EP MEA
- Review tender requirements, technical specifications, and commercial terms to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct win/loss analyses and competitor reviews to inform future bid strategy
- Ensure tender submissions comply with customer requirements, corporate policies, and control frameworks
- Provide guidance to commercial teams on tender processes, documentation standards, and governance requirements
Requirements
- Experience managing bids and tender processes end-to-end
- Knowledge of compliance standards, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Commercial acumen and understanding of competitive bidding dynamics
- Proficiency with tender management systems and data tracking platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
