A leading Saudi Group of Companies is seeking a Development Manager based in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle of real estate projects while ensuring alignment with commercial and investment objectives. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in real estate development, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
