Job Description

Roland Berger Middle East is seeking a proactive and driven  Talent Acquisition Specialist  to join our Riyadh office. This role will support the firm's growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle across consulting and management functions, while playing a key role in talent sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.

The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region. The role combines strategic sourcing with end-to-end recruitment ownership, from talent identification and screening through offer management and onboarding coordination.

A strong interest in recruitment technology, talent analytics, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruitment tools will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements across consulting and management functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, direct outreach, and other talent channels.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target talent pools and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Drive Saudization hiring initiatives and support the attraction of high-potential Saudi talent.
• Partner with universities, student organizations, and professional associations to support campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring analytics, pipeline insights, and market intelligence for leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools and data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, networking activities, and talent attraction campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience Required

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, professional networks, and direct search methodologies.
• Experience within consulting, professional services, executive search, or other fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Previous exposure to campus recruitment and graduate hiring programs is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, assessment methodologies, and candidate management.

Technical Skills

• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing capabilities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience creating recruitment dashboards, reports, and talent pipeline trackers.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools, talent intelligence platforms, and recruitment automation solutions is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics, sourcing metrics, and workforce planning principles is a plus.
