Flagship Store Manager: Lead Sales, Service & Growth
The Arab Lens
The Arab Lens is seeking a Retail Store Manager for a flagship location in Jeddah to lead daily store operations and drive commercial performance. You will manage sales, customer service, inventory, and staff, ensuring excellent merchandising and compliance with company standards.
You will coach a high-performing team, analyze performance, and implement improvement initiatives while coordinating promotions and reporting to regional management. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
