Field Service Engineer - Cooling

Responsibilities

• Perform services on cooling APC & Uniflair equipment and chillers.
• Conduct basic power audits of customer distribution systems, working with Sales to complete availability assessments.
• Document all required information for each site visit performed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete custom and large installation projects.
• Properly document, label, and return all defective parts used in the repair of APC‑MGE equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.
• Educate APC‑Uniflair customers on basic operation of their equipment and inform them of potential issues in a customer‑beneficial manner.
• Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electro‑Mechanical engineering with 3–5 years of experience.
• Certification in Schneider Electric On2cooling/ACDC/LDV, LDCV, LUCV, HDCV, HXCV, or Big Chiller.
• High level of technical knowledge of electronic/electrical component theory.
• Ability to perform duties with only general guidance on overall objectives.
• Strong safety policy compliance and proactive team participation.
• Proficient computer skills including email, record‑keeping, database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.

Additional Requirements

• 7 x 24 field service availability when assigned.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as required.
