Front Office Manager

Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, a luxury all-inclusive resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Front Office Manager to support front office operations and ensure an exceptional arrival-to-departure experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Support and guide the front office team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Manage guest relations, address complaints professionally, and ensure effective service recovery
- Ensure accurate use of front office systems, PMS, OPERA, and reservation platforms
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor service standards and assist in training and performance support of front office staff
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or luxury resort
- Strong knowledge of Front Office systems , PMS , OPERA , reservations, and guest service procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a clear guest-focused mindset
- Proven ability to handle guest complaints professionally and ensure service recovery
- Good command of English ; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to live and work in a remote island environment
