Job Purpose

Responsible for all civil works in PMU Campus & New Housing Projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing request for any new project, including requirements, quantity, and specifications.
• Oracle request for the project.
• Following up the requests.
• Submitting the technical evaluation for contractors, suppliers and consultant.
• Following up with purchasing department until P.O. issued.
• Coordination with contractors, suppliers and consultant.
• Inspection of work at each stage.

Qualifications & Experience (Required)

• At least Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to this field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Previous experience related to this field is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in team-based, collaborative settings.
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent command of the English Language and familiarity with technology infused academic environments.
