As Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll play a key role in building the next generation of Lucidya talent. You'll help define how candidates experience our company, how future employees learn about our culture, and how we attract people who will raise the bar for everyone around them.
You’ll be the bridge between Lucidya and the talent market - representing our values, building relationships with universities, identifying high-potential graduates, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the kind of company we’re striving to become.
Success in this role means consistently attracting exceptional talent while creating a hiring experience that candidates remember for the right reasons. You’ll help shape a culture where great people want to join, grow, and do the best work of their careers.
What You’ll Do
Build talent pipelines that fuel Lucidya’s growth
- You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, Strategy & Performance, and other business functions to understand hiring needs and proactively build pipelines before roles become urgent.
- Rather than reacting to vacancies, you’ll help the business stay ahead of its talent needs.
Become the face of Lucidya for emerging talent
- You’ll build strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and graduate communities across Saudi Arabia.
- Whether you’re presenting at a career fair, leading a campus event, or hosting students at Lucidya, you’ll tell the story of who we are, what we believe in, and why ambitious graduates should build their careers with us.
Design a graduate hiring experience that identifies future leaders
- You’ll own recruitment for our graduate programs and assessment centers, creating structured processes that help us identify potential, not just experience.
- You’ll continuously refine how we assess candidates to ensure we’re selecting individuals who can thrive in a high-performance, high-growth environment.
Create an exceptional candidate experience
- You’ll ensure every candidate receives a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- You’ll understand that every interaction shapes our employer brand, regardless of whether a candidate ultimately joins Lucidya.
Help strengthen culture through hiring
- You’ll partner with hiring managers to define what great talent looks like beyond technical skills.
- You’ll help us consistently hire people who demonstrate curiosity, ownership, collaboration, learning agility, and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive culture.
Improve how we hire and onboard
- You’ll continuously look for opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
- You’ll use data, feedback, and candidate insights to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring quality, and create a smoother transition from candidate to employee.
Measure what matters
- You’ll track hiring performance through metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction, pipeline health, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Most importantly, you’ll use those insights to drive better outcomes rather than simply report numbers.
Who You Are

You understand that every hire has the potential to strengthen or weaken a team’s culture, and you take that responsibility seriously.
You have 4-5 years of talent acquisition experience and have successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally including graduate, early-career, or volume hiring programs.
You’re energized by meeting people and building relationships. Whether you’re speaking with a student, a hiring manager, or a university dean, you’re able to build trust quickly and represent Lucidya with confidence and authenticity.
You’re a strong storyteller and communicator. You can explain what makes Lucidya unique in a way that excites candidates and creates genuine interest in our mission.
You’re proactive and don’t wait for hiring managers to tell you what they need. You anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and take ownership of solving problems before they become urgent.
You thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly. Ambiguity doesn’t slow you down - it motivates you to bring structure, clarity, and momentum.
You’re naturally curious and data-driven. You use metrics and feedback to improve your work, but you never lose sight of the human experience behind the numbers.
You’re highly organized and capable of managing multiple hiring initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines without losing attention to detail.
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have:
- Saudi nationality (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience with graduate hiring, assessment centers, internships, or early-career recruitment programs
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in startups, technology companies, or high-growth environments is a plus
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
- Experience using hiring data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making
