At Cigna Healthcare, your work contributes to better care experiences and supports customers through important moments in their lives.**About the Role**Based in Riyadh, KSA, you will help Cigna Healthcare attract, engage, and hire talent across a range of functions and levels. You will support recruitment primarily in Riyadh, while also partnering on vacancies in Kenya and other international markets.You will work in a fast paced, evolving environment where priorities may change, and where ownership, follow through, and the ability to manage competing needs are important to delivering strong hiring outcomes.**What You’ll Do**• Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies aligned with Cigna Healthcare’s goals. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different levels, with a primary focus on Riyadh and additional support for international markets. • Source, screen, and assess candidates through direct search, job boards, social media, networking events, and other relevant channels. • Create a clear, respectful, and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. • Share market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions, workforce planning, and future talent needs. • Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple countries to support current and future hiring requirements. • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting in line with company policies and data privacy requirements. • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects across the region and internationally.**What You’ll Bring**• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles in a multinational or healthcare environment. • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions. • Strong understanding of the KSA talent landscape and recruitment practices. • Experience working independently, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing business needs. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Skills**Soft Skills** • Ownership and follow through, with the ability to see work through to completion. • Adaptability and comfort working with changing priorities and ambiguity. • Clear communication and strong collaboration across teams and geographies. • Proactive, solution oriented approach to challenges.• Technical / Functional Skills • Full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment. • Direct sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development. • Market insight gathering and talent intelligence. • Applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools. • Recruitment reporting, record keeping, and data privacy awareness.**Why Join Us**• You will receive a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare work in Saudi Arabia and international markets. • You will work in a multicultural and hybrid working environment with colleagues across different countries. • You will have access to Private Medical Insurance and Employee Wellbeing Benefits. • You will be supported through an Educational Development Program that encourages continued learning and professional growth.**About The Cigna Group**Doing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
