Product Specialist - Injectable (KSA)

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Summary:

The Product Specialist – Injectable is responsible for driving the promotion and sales of injectable pharmaceutical products across hospitals and healthcare institutions in KSA.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge of injectable therapies, combined with the ability to engage healthcare professionals, support tender processes, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote injectable pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams
• Conduct scientific presentations and product demonstrations highlighting clinical efficacy and safety
• Manage hospital accounts and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Support tender submissions, pricing strategies, and follow-up with government and private sectors
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contributing to market share growth
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and marketing teams for product positioning and launches
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates

Qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, in injectable or hospital product lines
• Strong knowledge of injectables
• Experience in handling tenders (NUPCO or hospital-based procurement preferred)
• Good understanding of SFDA regulations and Saudi healthcare system
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across KSA
