Job Description

Project Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Develop and maintain project reporting frameworks, templates, and governance processes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project performance reports.
• Consolidate information from engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project performance against approved baselines, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all project reports.

Dashboard & Data Management

• Create and maintain management dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Develop project KPI scorecards and performance indicators.
• Analyze project data and identify trends, issues, and performance gaps.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to project leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment across multiple reporting systems.

Schedule & Cost Reporting

• Support project controls and planning teams in reporting schedule progress and forecast completion dates.
• Monitor cost performance, budget utilization, and expenditure trends.
• Produce earned value reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Highlight variances and recommend corrective actions.

Executive & Client Reporting

• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior management and client stakeholders.
• Deliver concise and accurate reports on project health, risks, opportunities, and achievements.
• Coordinate reporting requirements with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and client reporting obligations.

Risk, Change & Issue Reporting

• Maintain project risk and issue dashboards.
• Track key project risks, mitigation actions, and change requests.
• Monitor the status of project decisions and action items.
• Report the impact of project changes on schedule, cost, and performance.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with project managers, planners, cost engineers, commercial teams, and functional leads.
• Facilitate reporting meetings and performance review sessions.
• Ensure consistent communication and information flow across project teams.
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional)
• PRINCE2
• Power BI Certification
• Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate

Experience

• Minimum years of reporting and project controls experience.
• At least 10  years of experience on major rail, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or construction projects .
• Proven experience preparing executive and client-level performance reports.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is preferred.
