Shift Team Leader
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations and Maintenance teams
- Shift schedules
- Ensure minimal manpower and skills distribution
- Schedule and distribute activities
- Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute/distribute improvement plan
- Rotate staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed
- Commits to and drives performance improvement
- Ensures co-ordinated approach for manual coding team
- Will liaise with Maintenance Manager on the impact of operations on the delivery of day-to-day maintenance activities
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) or automated systems
