Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to project and engineering teams.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and track action items and follow-ups.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
• Assist with travel arrangements, onboarding activities, and general project logistics.
• Maintain shared folders, contact lists, and project registers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working in international or multicultural project environments.
• Basic knowledge of project workflows or document control processes.
