Customer Service Executive
- مطلوب موظفة للعمل في خدمة العملاء والتسويق عبر الهاتف.
- تتضمن المهام الرد على رسائل الواتساب واستفسارات العملاء.
- والتواصل مع العملاء هاتفياً.
- والقيام بالتسويق لخدمات المتجر وإقناع العملاء.
- ومتابعة الطلبات حتى إتمام البيع.
- يجب أن تكون المتقدمة لديها خبرة في التسويق أو المبيعات.
- ومهارة في الإقناع والتواصل مع العملاء.
- واللباقة وحسن التعامل.
- والالتزام بأوقات العمل.
- يحدد الدوام من الساعة 4:00 مساءً حتى 11:00 مساءً.
- ويشمل العمل يوم الجمعة.
