Job description:
- Communicate with customers to coordinate and book service appointments to suit their needs
- Confirm appointments and reschedule them when needed
- Follow up with customers after providing the service to ensure the quality of the service provided and measure their level of satisfaction
- Recording customer evaluation results and documenting observations, complaints and suggestions in the approved system
- Submitting observations and complaints to the competent authorities and following up on their processing until they are closed
