HR Operations & Records Coordinator - Hospitality

Marriott International is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for the Ritz-Carlton Reserve on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. You will create and maintain filing systems, handle HR correspondence, and assist walk-in candidates with applications while protecting confidentiality.
The role includes coordinating HR processes, answering inquiries, maintaining employee records, and supporting management with programs and policies in line with Marriott standards.
