Operations Coordinator Industry: Jewellery Retail / Jewellery Group

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Jewellery Group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring seamless communication between departments, maintaining operational records, and supporting management in achieving business objectives. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across departments and retail outlets.

Facilitate effective communication between branches, management, and support teams.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation.

Monitor daily tasks and ensure timely follow-up on pending action items.

Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Schedule meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), and track action points.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Handle operational queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Support management in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of mandatory experience in the jewellery industry in an Operations, Administration, Coordination, or similar role.

Experience working with a jewellery retail chain or jewellery group is highly preferred.

Required Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of jewellery retail operations, including Sales, Accounts, Inventory, Purchase, Billing, Logistics, Customer Service, and other key departments, is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.

Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
