Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Quality Engineer to join our team working on high-voltage transmission line projects—both overhead (OHL) and underground (UG)—as well as substation civil works across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of all civil engineering activities, including materials inspection, workmanship evaluation, and compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality control of civil works related to overhead and underground transmission lines.
• Conduct inspections and quality assessments for civil components of substations.
• Verify materials and construction practices meet project and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil quality control for OHL/UG and substation projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago.

• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Prior SEC approval or submission is preferred.
