HR Executive | Corporate HR | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support the Human Resources function by managing recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and government-related HR activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes and full compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities 

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage HR operations through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and support Iqama and visa-related processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, attendance records, and other HR administrative activities.
• Handle employee relations, respond to HR inquiries, and support performance management initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and HR dashboards.
• Coordinate with PROs and government authorities regarding HR-related requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is a plus.
• 5–6 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
• Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, while Hindi or Tamil is considered an advantage.
