People & Culture (HR) operations specialist MEA

The role supports HR operations across the Middle East and Africa, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE . The successful candidate will manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with local employment regulations, and help deliver a positive employee experience. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government HR platforms is required.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, visa/Iqama renewals, and employment changes.
• Support payroll inputs and monthly HR operations.

Saudi HR & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Manage activities through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and related government systems.
• Monitor Saudization requirements and compliance risks.
• Coordinate work permits, Iqama processes, and employee documentation.

UAE & Regional HR Operations

• Support UAE onboarding, visas, benefits administration, documentation, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, benefits providers, and external partners.
• Provide support to other MEA countries as required.

Employee Experience

• Act as a key HR contact for employees.
• Support employee requests and onboarding activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.

HR Systems, Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate HR data.
• Conduct data quality reviews.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain trackers.
