QC Rotating Equipment Inspector [Fadhili] - KSA Operations

Job Summary
The QC Rotating Equipment Inspector is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring the quality and compliance of rotating equipment used in oil & gas projects. The role ensures that equipment installation, testing, and commissioning meet applicable standards, specifications, and client requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and related systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, and international codes
- Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), procedures, and quality documentation
- Monitor installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams on quality issues
- Identify non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality records
- Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and performance tests
- Ensure adherence to HSE and quality requirements at site
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector – Rotating Equipment
- Knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.)
- Saudi Aramco approval preferred
