QC Piping Inspector [Fadhili]

Job Summary
The Inspector – QC Piping is responsible for ensuring that piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, and client quality standards. The role supports quality assurance and control activities on oil & gas projects, with strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect piping fabrication, installation, welding, and testing activities as per approved drawings and procedures
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes and client quality requirements
- Review material certificates, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and inspection test plans (ITPs)
- Monitor fit‑up, welding, NDT, hydrostatic testing, and final inspections
- Identify non‑conformities, issue NCRs and ensure timely corrective actions
- Coordinate with construction, welding and QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain inspection records, reports and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Saudi Aramco standards
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 6+ years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience as QC Inspector – Piping
- Valid Saudi Aramco approval (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of piping standards, codes and inspection practices
