Eventa in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to plan and execute events from concept to completion. You will coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery while maintaining budgets.
The role requires at least 3 years of proven coordination experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and event management software. On-site presence is required.
