Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern Telecommunication (Saudi National) for our IQSIGHT division to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, lead generation, and sales operations while working with experienced sales professionals. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Research and identify prospective customers across target industries. 
• Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. 
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. 
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system. Follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements and nurture leads. 
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports. 
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion. 
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports. 
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities. 

Qualifications

• Fresh up to 2 years Experience 
• Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. 
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus. 
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
